Chaotic Isolation vs. Peaceful Reunion (2017) uses the random array of triggers and responses that are generated by the confluence of too many photoresistors (analog light sensors) assembled in a specific configuration where all attempt to read at the same time, thereby generating a kind of electrical randomness that is unpredictable. While this configuration generates the unexpected, when a gallery visitor is present and interacts with the sensors by casting shadows, they stop the system from generating random output for a few moments, then when the visitor leaves, the chaos ensues.
